Debtors are recognised at the settlement amount due.
Cash at bank and in hand
Cash at bank and in hand includes cash and short term highly liquid investments.
Creditors
Creditors are recognised when there is an obligation at the balance sheet date as a result of a past event.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the Company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being a period of not less than twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements.
The directors have reviewed the Company's financial position, including its rental income, cash resources and forecasts, and have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.
