| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| Turnover |
| Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. |
| Intangible assets |
| Intangible assets are initially measured at cost. After initial recognition, intangible assets are measured at cost less any accumulated amortisation and any accumulated impairment losses. |
| Investments in subsidiaries |
| Investments in subsidiary undertakings are recognised at cost. |
| Taxation |
| Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |
| Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted. |
| Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date. |

| Artem Kukharenko is the director and 100% shareholder of the company. |
| 11. | SHARE OPTIONS |
| In a prior year, the company granted share options to an employee under an option agreement. |
| The employee paid consideration for the options granted. The options remain outstanding at the balance sheet date and may be exercised in accordance with the terms of the agreement. Upon exercise, ordinary shares will be issued by the company. |
| 12. | CONVERTIBLE INSTRUMENTS - SIMPLE AGREEMENT FOR FUTURE EQUITY (SAFES) |
| The company has entered into a number of Simple Agreements for Future Equity (SAFE) with investors. |
| Under the terms of the agreements, the SAFE instruments may convert into shares upon the occurrence of specified triggering events, including future equity financing rounds or certain liquidity events. The conversion terms vary between agreements and depend on future valuation and capitalisation calculations at the date of the relevant triggering event. |
| As at the balance sheet date, no triggering events had occurred and none of the SAFE instruments had converted into shares. Due to the nature of the agreements, the number of shares that may be issued on conversion cannot presently be determined with certainty. |
