Company activities and impact

During the reporting period, MC Female Network CIC supported Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) women in the UK through activities promoting physical health, mental wellbeing, social connection and personal and economic empowerment. Activities included fitness classes such as yoga, Pilates and high-intensity interval training; communi-ty sports, including football, netball and running groups; and wellness workshops covering nutrition, self-care and the benefits of regular exercise. The CIC also delivered women-centred empowerment activities addressing the particular social and economic challenges experienced by BAME women while helping participants maintain and celebrate their cultural identities. These activities benefited the community by providing inclusive spaces where women could im-prove their physical and mental wellbeing, develop supportive relationships, reduce isolation, build confidence and make informed choices about their health and wellbeing.
