Company activities and impact

During the financial year, SUSTIN C.I.C. continued to develop research, frameworks and digital tools supporting the transition towards more human-centric, sustainable and resilient organisations and communities. Activities included the development of Industry 5.0 benchmarking and evidence-based assessment approaches, engagement with relevant stakeholders, and participation in research, innovation and business-support activities. These activities contributed to building accessible tools and knowledge intended to help organisations better understand and improve their social, environmental and organisational impact.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company’s stakeholders included potential users, research and innovation partners, business support organisations, and organisations interested in Industry 5.0, sustainability and responsible innovation. During the financial year, the company engaged with stakeholders through meetings, discussions, innovation and business support programmes, and exchanges concerning the development and practical application of its Industry 5.0 frameworks and digital tools. These interactions provided feedback on the needs of organisations seeking to assess and improve human-centricity, sustainability and resilience. Feedback from these engagements informed the continued development of the company’s benchmarking and evidence-based assessment approach, including greater emphasis on practical usability, accessible evidence, and the integration of human experience alongside sustainability and organisational resilience.
