The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 1 (previous period: 1).
Additional Disclosures
Following approval of the financial statements to 30 November 2024, it was identified that several transactions had been included in error, being the introduction of goodwill, stock and salaries, as well as errors being identified in the calculation of purchases and closing stock. An adjustment has been made in the comparative information of these financial statements to correct the position. This adjustment has resulted in a decrease in cost of sales of £7,693, a decrease in admin costs of £12,570, a decrease in fixed assets of £6,000, a decrease in stock of £15,930, an increase in accruals of £11,884 and a decrease in other creditors of £54,077. Overall net assets at 30 November 2024 have increased by £20,263 and profit for the year has increased by the same amount.
