1. Statutory Information
CMH GROUP SERVICED ACCOMMODATION LTD is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 15332507.
2. Accounting Policies
Basis of preparing the Financial Statements
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities.The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. At 30 November 2025 the company had net liabilities of £7,713. Of the amounts owed to CMH Group Properties Ltd, £11,420 is not payable until the property is sold, which is not expected within twelve months of the reporting date. The directors have confirmed their continued financial support. The directors therefore consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.
Presentation Currency
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
Turnover
Turnover represents amounts receivable for the provision of serviced accommodation, net of value added tax and discounts, and is recognised in the period in which the accommodation is provided.
