2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the applicable provisions of FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Intangible assets amortisation policy
Intangible assets are initially measured at cost and subsequently measured at cost less accumulated amortisation and impairment losses. The company's trademark is amortised on a straight-line basis over its estimated useful life of 10 years.
