The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In assessing the company's ability to continue as a going concern, the directors have considered all available information regarding the future, including the company's expected trading performance, cash flows and financial position, for a period of at least 12 months from the date on which these financial statements are authorised for issue.
Having considered the company's current financial position and future prospects, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they consider the going concern basis of preparation to be appropriate.
The directors have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
