During the financial year, the company benefited the community by providing accessible football sessions, including free and discounted opportunities for people from disadvantaged and PRIDE communities. The programme helped young people improve their football skills, fitness, confidence, discipline and teamwork, while encouraging healthy lifestyles and positive relationships. The academy also promoted diversity, inclusion and respect, provided pathways for talented players, and supported young people in achieving their future goals.
