2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Tangible assets depreciation policy
Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less accumulated depreciation. Depreciation is calculated on a straight-line basis over three years. Additions during the period were £601, depreciation charged was £109, and the net book value at 31 December 2025 was £492.
