Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Other accounting policies
Creditors falling due within one year comprise unsecured, interest-free funding provided by shareholders/directors and a company under common control. No bank borrowing is included.
