ENTelligence Healthcare CIC was incorporated on 4 February 2025 to benefit the ENT clinical community through education, collaboration and innovation. During the period the company delivered activities without incurring or receiving any funds. It contributed to a hackathon focused on ENT innovation, delivered in collaboration with partner organisations. All expenses associated with delivering the hackathon were met by the collaborating organisations, and the company received no income from it. The hackathon brought ENT clinicians together to work on practical problems in the specialty. The company's directors were also invited to speak at pre-existing seminars and conferences organised by others, delivering lectures to ENT clinicians and contributing to professional education in the field. The company did not organise or fund these events and received no payment for participation. The beneficiaries of these activities are ENT clinicians and, indirectly, the patients they treat, through improved professional education and collaboration. The company held no bank account during the period and undertook no transactions. The directors expect to establish the company's operational and financial arrangements before expanding its activities.
No consultation with stakeholders
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
