4. Financial Commitments

We have received funding for a festival from Crowdfunder, and Creative Scotland (input from Catherine Allison account) that will happen in October 2025. This has been recorded as deferred income.

Company activities and impact

Flos Collective runs events for women, trans and gender diverse people in Glasgow and the UK. In tax year 24/25 the company benefited the community by: - Ran 15 events, providing 71 opportunities for 50 artist across visual, performance and craft art. - We provided continued support 29% of artists who worked with Flos Collective over multiple events and opportunities. 53% of artists considered themselves from an under represented group. - Over 650 attendees came to events hosted by Flos Collective, using our accessible ticketing model to get access to creative opportunities. - 83% of people who interacted with Flos Collective as artists and audiences said they felt more connected with their community. - Feedback from artists includes: 'I believe creating open, welcoming spaces for people to interact with art, meet creatives and gather with community is vital.' 'It was really nice to have a creative safe space that wasn’t centred around alcohol on a Saturday evening. Created a nice sense of community and I felt very welcomed. Also, selfishly, it reignited some creativity and I crocheted the day after!' 'They have a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere - from both a performer and audience member's perspective. As a performer the Flos team were so welcoming and encouraging and as an audience member there was an immediate sense of community, encouragement and openness at the event.' '
