The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 2 (previous period: 2).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
At the reporting date, the amount due from the director was £18,368. The balance is included within other debtors in the balance sheet. The amount is subject to interest at 3.75% per annum and is repayable on demand. The company has assessed the recoverability of the balance and considers the amount to be recoverable in full. No provision for impairment has therefore been recognised in the financial statements.
