Notes to the Abridged Financial Statements
1. General Information
Creative Joaillerie Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 12054405 . The registered office is 22 Berwick Road, Borehamwood, Herts, WD6 4BQ.
2. Accounting Policies
2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.
2.2. Going Concern Disclosure
Going Concern and Basis of Preparation
The company ceased trading during the financial year and the directors do not intend to recommence its trading activities. The directors intend to take the appropriate steps to bring the company's affairs to an orderly conclusion and ultimately close the company.
Accordingly, the directors consider that it is no longer appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis and the financial statements have therefore been prepared on a basis other than that of a going concern.
The company's principal liabilities are amounts due to related parties. The directors understand that these related parties do not currently intend to seek repayment of the amounts due in a manner that would prevent the orderly closure of the company.
In preparing the financial statements, the directors have considered the recoverability and carrying value of the company's assets and the recognition and measurement of its liabilities in light of the cessation of the company's trading activities.
