Additional Disclosures
The company ceased trading on 31 July 2026. Following the cessation of trade, the directors do not intend for the company to resume trading. Once all outstanding liabilities have been settled and the company's remaining assets distributed to its shareholders, the directors intend to apply for the company to be struck off the register and dissolved under the voluntary strike-off provisions of the Companies Act 2006.
