COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

FLOW HAPPY CIC

Company Number: 15107352 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 31 August 2025

Company activities and impact

During the financial year, Flow Happy CIC continued to tackle period poverty and promote period dignity by providing free menstrual products to people experiencing financial hardship and those who may otherwise struggle to access essential period products. We worked with community organisations and public-facing venues, including libraries, community centres and other support services, to make period products freely and discreetly accessible within local communities. Alongside product provision, we delivered educational and awareness activities aimed at improving understanding of menstruation, reducing stigma and encouraging informed choices around period products. We also worked with volunteers, community partners and corporate organisations to support the distribution and packing of products and increase awareness of period poverty. These activities benefited the community by improving access to essential menstrual products, reducing financial barriers and supporting greater dignity, choice and wellbeing for people who menstruate.

Consultation with stakeholders

Flow Happy CIC regularly engaged with its stakeholders, including community organisations, partner locations, volunteers and service users. Feedback was gathered through ongoing communication with partner organisations regarding product demand, usage, accessibility and the needs of the communities they support. This feedback helped inform decisions about product provision, replenishment, community activities and the development of our services.
