1. Employees

The average number of employees during the year was 1 (2025: 0).

2. Share capital

The company has 100 ordinary shares of £100 each. The shares remained unpaid at the reporting date and £10,000 has been recognised as called-up share capital, with a corresponding amount included within called-up share capital not paid.

The comparative figures have been amended on the same basis. The amendment had no effect on the loss for the previous period.

The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
