Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the accounts of Phoenix-kaw Care Consultancy Ltd and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the Board of Directors of Phoenix-kaw Care Consultancy Ltd, as a body, in this report in accordance with the requirements of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as detailed at http://www.accaglobal.com/content/dam/ACCA_Global/Technical/fact/technical-factsheet-163.pdf. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than Phoenix-kaw Care Consultancy Ltd and its Board of Directors as a body for our work or for this report.

2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
During the period, amounts were advanced to/received from the director, Rachel Webb. As at 30 November 2025 the company owed the director £5,115. No interest was charged and the balance is repayable on demand.
3 Average number of employees
During the year the average number of employees was 1.
For the year ending 30 November 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
