The company's statement of financial position as at 30 March 2026 shows net current liabilities of £319,440 (2025 - £304,480). Creditors due within one year represents amounts due to related parties and amounts owing to the director. Repayment of these loans will not be sought until the company has sufficient resources to enable it to do so. Therefore, taking into consideration the ongoing economic conditions, the director believes that the company will be able to meet its financial obligations for a period of at least 12 months from the date of these financial statements.
