The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the directors have advanced funds to the company to provide working capital. The amount owed to the directors at the year end was £4,085 (31 March 2025: £6,074). The company is dependent on the continuing financial support of the directors.
