At 30 June 2025, the Company had net current liabilities and net liabilities and reported a loss for the financial year. The Company's ability to meet its liabilities as they fall due is dependent, in part, upon the recovery of outstanding contractual amounts in respect of the Pullman House development project. At the date of approval of these financial statements, final completion certification in respect of the project remains outstanding and the related contractual sums have not yet been received. The director has considered the expected completion of the certification process, representations received from First Kent Properties Ltd regarding settlement of the outstanding contractual amounts, and the Company's anticipated cash flows. Having considered these matters, the director has a reasonable expectation that the Company will have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and therefore considers the going concern basis of preparation to be appropriate. However, the timing of final certification and receipt of the outstanding contractual sums is outside the Company's direct control. Accordingly, these circumstances indicate the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt upon the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that would result if the Company were unable to continue as a going concern. |

| Subsequent to the year end, the Company continues to await final completion certification and sign-off in respect of the Pullman House development project undertaken for First Kent Properties Ltd. Following the year end, representations have been received from First Kent Properties Ltd concerning further contractual amounts in respect of project valuations, retentions and other amounts relating to projects undertaken by the Company. These representations indicate that amounts of approximately £780,000 are payable, or are expected to become payable, to the Company upon completion of the relevant contractual and certification processes. Based upon the representations received from First Kent Properties Ltd, recovery of these amounts would provide sufficient funds to enable the Company to discharge its outstanding creditors and other liabilities. The amounts referred to above remain subject to the relevant contractual, certification and completion processes and, at the date of approval of these financial statements, have not been received. The timing of final certification and payment is outside the Company's direct control. Accordingly, no adjustment has been made to these financial statements in respect of additional amounts arising from these representations beyond amounts otherwise recognised at the reporting date. In assessing the Company's ability to continue as a going concern, the director has necessarily had regard to, and placed reliance upon, the representations and assurances received from First Kent Properties Ltd regarding the amounts payable to the Company and their anticipated settlement following completion of the relevant processes. On the basis of those representations and the information presently available to him, the director considers the going concern basis of preparation to be appropriate. The Company continues to take appropriate steps to secure completion of the outstanding certification process and recovery of all sums properly due to it. However, as final certification and receipt of the outstanding contractual sums remain outside the Company's direct control, there is a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt upon the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that would result if the Company were unable to continue as a going concern. |
