The company ceased its own trading activity following the disposal of the group businesses. During the period it continued to administer lease, banking and property-cost transactions on behalf of the group and in connection with the post-disposal arrangements. The company was not dormant during the period.

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Other accounting policies

    Investments in subsidiaries Investments in subsidiary undertakings are recognised at cost. Agency and intercompany transactions The company administered bank, lease, invoicing and property-cost transactions connected with the group operations. Amounts economically attributable to NI Trafford Limited are recognised through an agency/intercompany account and are not recognised again as the company’s turnover or expenses. Estimation uncertainty The intercompany/agency creditor has been determined from the company bank balance and the director-confirmed substance of the group arrangement.
