Included within creditors falling due after more than one year is a loan of £302,389 (2025: £302,424). The loan is secured by a fixed charge over the company's property and subject to a negative pledge pursuant to a charge dated 20 December 2021. The loan is interest-only and repayable in full in December 2051.
