The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company advanced amounts to Mr Mohamed Aziz Ben Allala, a director. The balance is unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand. The maximum amount outstanding during the year was £44,363. The balance remained outstanding nine months after the year end and a charge of £14,972 under s455 CTA 2010 arises, recognised within other debtors as recoverable on repayment of the loan. On 31 August 2026 the company declared an interim dividend of £44,363, satisfied by credit to the loan account.
