  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents income receivable by the company during the year, including donations, grants and other income arising from its activities. Income is recognised when the company is entitled to the funds and the amount can be measured reliably.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life. Office Equipment – 20% on reducing balance Plant and Machinery – 20% on reducing balance

    Intangible fixed assets amortisation policy

    Amortisation is provided on all intangible assets over 6 years

Company activities and impact

Community Benefit During the year, the company continued to meet its community interest objectives by supporting mental health through funded counselling and combat sports sessions. These services have improved wellbeing, confidence, and access to support for members of the community, removing financial barriers where possible. Future Activities The company plans to continue expanding its mental health support by increasing the number of funded counselling and combat sports sessions available to the community during the next reporting period.
