The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 0 (previous period: 0).
Additional Disclosures
The company ceased all activity during the period. On 8 June 2026 it disposed of its sole asset, a motor vehicle, at open market value, and the associated hire purchase agreement was transferred to the director. The director intends to apply for the company to be struck off the register under section 1003 of the Companies Act 2006. These accounts have therefore been prepared on a basis other than that of a going concern. No adjustments were required as a result. After the balance sheet date the director executed a deed of waiver releasing the company from the balance of £24,936 owing to him on his director's loan account. The company's remaining liability has accordingly been extinguished.
