Fanzclub's stakeholders include community members and partner organisations. Our approach is shaped by lived experience and direct frontline work, and we operate a structured monitoring and evaluation framework across all programmes. We engage actively with partner organisations; their input has directly shaped the programmes we deliver. These partnerships have reinforced our commitment to making the arts accessible to all, resulting in more disadvantaged people having a welcoming place to experience live performance. Fanzclub regularly collects feedback and holds in person meetings with participants to understand how our programmes affect them and to identify areas for improvement. We also maintain strong relationships with third sector organisations that support the community and make direct referrals to our programmes, including health organisations working with people experiencing mental health challenges. We conduct research to understand community needs through shared experience. Our scalable model has expanded from Glasgow to Edinburgh, Aberdeen, and six other towns, demonstrating its transferability. Through the arts we build connections, dismantle stereotypes, and foster a genuine sense of belonging. By bringing people from diverse backgrounds together in shared cultural spaces, we create opportunities that support personal growth and positively influence participants career trajectories.
