Notes to the financial statements

1. Director's advances, credits and guarantees

During the year the company made advances to and received repayments from the director. Interest has been charged at the official HMRC rate on any overdrawn balances exceeding £10,000, there are no repayment terms.

2. Employee numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to Nil (2024: Nil).

3. Prior period errors

It has been discovered that an asset acquired in December 2023 for £95,000 was fully expensed through cost of sales when it should have been capitalised. The prior year adjustment has amended the capital and reserves at 31 December 2023 by £95,000 and depreciation of £9,500 has been included for the year ended 31 December 2024. This adjustment has not affected the corporation tax due for either of the two years.

For the year ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:

- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476 ;

- The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements .

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
