Basis of preparation and cessation of trade

The company ceased trading on 31 July 2026. Consequently, these financial statements have not been prepared on a going concern basis. They have instead been prepared on a reduction basis (break-up basis). Accordingly, assets have been revalued to their net realisable values, long-term liabilities have been reclassified as current liabilities, and provision has been made for any contractual costs arising directly from the closure of the business where a constructive or legal obligation exists at the balance sheet date. No other material adjustments were required as a result of the cessation of trading.
