STATEMENTS

1. For the year ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
2. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
3. The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
4. These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

NOTES

Company is limited by guarantee. Each member of the company undertakes to contribute a sum not exceeding £1 to the company’s assets and liabilities should it be wound up whilst they are a member, or within 1 year of ceasing to be a member. The principal activity of the company for the period under review was the management of Wildbourne Close, Milton-Under-Wychwood, Chipping Norton, OX7 6SY. As part of the management of that property, service charges are collected from tenants to meet the costs of managing the property. Service charges are held in trust for the benefit of the tenants under Section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. Accordingly, the service charge income and expenditure is excluded from the company’s accounts and separate service charge accounts are prepared for the mutual benefit of the members of the company. Those service charge accounts record the bank balance held in trust on behalf to the tenants.
