Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with FRS 105. The director intends to close the company, so the accounts use a basis other than going concern. Cash is included at nominal amount, with foreign currency translated at the reporting-date exchange rate. Creditors are measured at expected settlement amounts. The 2024 comparative figures have been restated to include omitted director funding and foreign-currency cash. The timing of reimbursed costs and allocation of historical creditor balances use estimates based on bank records and director representations. Turnover and charges use settlement-based estimates where processing fees cannot be separated; the netting effect is judged immaterial. Figures entered in whole pounds aggregate rounded underlying account balances.
