| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| The functional and presentational currency of the company is pounds sterling. Monetary amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest £1, except where otherwise indicated. |
| Significant judgements and estimates |
| Estimates and judgements are continually evaluated and are based on historical experience and other factors, including expectations of future events that are believed to be reasonable under the circumstances. |
| Investment property |
| Investment property is shown at most recent valuation. Any aggregate surplus or deficit arising from changes in fair value is recognised in profit or loss. |
| Taxation |
| Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |
| Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted. |
| Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date. |
| Deferred tax |
| Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date. |
| Timing differences arise from the inclusion of income and expenses in tax assessments in periods different from those in which they are recognised in financial statements. Deferred tax is measured using tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the year end and that are expected to apply to the reversal of the timing difference. |

| Provision for liabilities |
| Provisions are recognised when the company has a present obligation (legal or constructive) as a result of a past event, it is probable that the company will be required to settle the obligation, and a reliable estimate can be made of the amount of the obligation. |

| Going concern |
| Current liabilities exceed current assets, however, after reviewing the company's forecasts and projections, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements. |
| Other income |
| Profit share income from LLP's is recognised on an accruals basis in line with the member LLP's financial statements. |
| Rental income is recognised on an accruals basis in accordance with the substance of the relevant agreement net of VAT. |

| 8. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
| As at the balance sheet date £2,341,844 (2025 £2,443,624) was owing to key management personnel. The loan is interest free, repayable on demand and included in other creditors. |
| At the balance sheet date the company has an investment in Integrity Group Property Investments LLP of £2,297,968 in which the directors are also members of the LLP. |
