3. Director's Loan
The Directors provided working capital loans to the company during the year to meet company expenses. The balance outstanding to the Directors as at 31st December 2025 was £7,205 for Callum Barnes & £7,205 for Neil Darby (2024 N/A Callum Barnes & N/A Neil Darby). The loan has no prescribed method of repayment and attracts no interest. This amount is included under the classification of Liabilities.
For the period ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
