The director has assessed the Balance Sheet and likely future cash flows at the date of approving these financial statements. The director notes that the business has net current liabilities which is due to the classification of the director's loan as due within one year as the loans are repayable on demand and the classification of preference shares as a liability in accordance with their terms. The director has confirmed that appropriate levels of loan facilities will continue to be available for at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. Given this, the director has a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and to meet its financial obligations as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements.
