Company activities and impact

Summary of activities: - Booking agency: engaging local musicians and artists for creative projects across Edinburgh - Artist development: working with creatives to strengthen their offering and develop a platform for their work - Community engagement: working with members of the community to understand their needs and ideas, and commissioning creative projects based on this research Summary of impact: Through our work as a non-profit booking agency, we create paid opportunities for creative work across the city, providing a platform for musicians and artists to share their work and develop a local audience. Our artist development program aids creatives in building a sustainable business model, provides advice and support, performance opportunities and commissions, and helps them emerge on to the Scottish creative scene. Our community engagement work provides our clients with research into local communities, so that they can cater their projects to the needs and ideas of the communities they work within. From collating artistic themes and ideas, to ensuring the safety of locals on city capital development sites, we offer a bespoke and localised engagement service that ensures the community are listened to and involved in creative projects across the city.
