PART 1 - GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY'S ACTIVITIES AND IMPACT

The principal activities of the company are to provide community, cultural, educational and social activities and services for the benefit of the Balkan Muslim community and the wider local community, promoting cultural understanding, inclusion, community cohesion and participation.

There has been no stakeholder consultation held.

PART 3 - DIRECTORS' REMUNERATION

No remuneration was received by any of the directors.

PART 4 - TRANSFER OF ASSETS OTHER THAN FOR FULL CONSIDERATION

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration has been made.
