These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 0 (previous period: 0).
Additional Disclosures
Prior Period Correction The statutory accounts for the year to 31 March 2025 were incorrectly prepared and filed as dormant company accounts. This is a non-trading mutual entity that administers maintenance costs for the common parts of a residential development comprising apartments owned by the directors of the company. There is therefore no taxation implication arising from the incorrect filed accounts. The comparative figures in these accounts correctly restate the position at 31 March 2025 and the results of the accounting year to that date.
