CHAIRMAN'S REPORT
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025
It gives me great pleasure to present this year's Chairman's Statement, reflecting another year of strong progress for Moneyinfo. Our continued investment in people, technology and client relationships has delivered another year of profitable growth, reinforcing our position as one of the UK's leading digital client engagement platforms for financial advisers and wealth managers.
During the year, revenue increased by 17% to £3.84 million, while operating profit grew by 37% to more than £550,000. This result demonstrates the strength of our recurring revenue model, the scalability of our platform and our disciplined approach to growth. The Board remains committed to delivering sustainable long-term value, balancing appropriate returns to shareholders with continued investment in the business.
Our platform continues to play an increasingly important role in helping firms strengthen client relationships through secure digital engagement. Adoption of features including secure messaging, digital onboarding, document sharing and collaborative fact-finding continues to grow, while our expanding ecosystem of integrations enables firms to incorporate Moneyinfo seamlessly into their wider technology infrastructure.
Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming the advice profession, creating significant opportunities to improve productivity, deepen client engagement and enhance the quality of advice. We believe successful adoption will depend on combining AI-driven innovation with robust governance, security and regulatory compliance. Our strategy is focused on delivering practical AI capabilities that augment advisers' expertise, helping firms work more efficiently while maintaining the trust and personal relationships that remain at the heart of financial advice.
We believe this balanced approach positions the business strongly for the next generation of digital wealth management and looking ahead, the Board believes the business is entering a significant new phase of growth, underpinned by a highly scalable platform, increasing market demand, and clear strategy for innovation.
On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank our employees for their commitment, expertise and innovation throughout the year. I would also like to thank our clients and strategic partners for their continued trust and collaboration, and our shareholders for their ongoing support and confidence in our long-term vision. Together, we look forward to building on the strong foundations we have established and continuing our journey of sustainable growth.
