During the year the company acquired 100% of the share capital of Diesels Limited by way of a share-for-share exchange and accordingly became the parent undertaking of that company.

During the year the company allotted 99 ordinary shares of £1 each in exchange for the entire issued share capital of Diesels Limited. Following the transaction, Diesels Limited became a wholly owned subsidiary of this company.
