The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. Whilst the company has net liabilities of £17,711 at the balance sheet date, in the opinion of the director the company will be able to operate for the foreseeable future. The director has confirmed their continued financial support and commitment to provide funding as required to enable the company to meet its liabilities as they fall due. The director therefore considers that it is appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis.

During the year, the company declared and paid dividends of £38,000. At the date the dividends were declared, the director was satisfied that sufficient distributable reserves existed to support the distribution.

Following completion of the year end accounts and final accounting adjustments, retained earnings were reduced, resulting in net liabilities of £17,711 at the balance sheet date.
