The director presents his report and the financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2025.

This report has been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Going concern

The director considers that the company will continue to be able to meet it's obligations as they fall due over the next twelve months and considers the going concern basis for accounts preparation to be appropriate.
The director has also indicated that he will contine to support the business over the next 12 months through the directors loan account and does not intend to withdraw this facility.

This report has been prepared in accordance with the special provisions relating to companies subject to the small companies regime within Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the micro entities regime and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. As permitted by section 444 (5A) of the Companies Act 2006, the director has not delivered to the registrar a copy of the Profit and Loss Account.
