| (i) At the balance sheet date, the directors, Mr Shashank Joshi and Mrs Chitra Joshi, were owed £4,182 (2025 £1,257) resulting from loans made to the company. |
| (ii) At the balance sheet date, the directors, Mr Shashank Joshi and Mrs Chitra Joshi, were owed £358,230 resulting from a long term loan made to the company for the purchase of the property. The interest rate on this loan is 0.64% pa and the loan is expected to be repaid within 5 years. |
| The company is a private company limited by shares and incorporated in England. Its registered office is 57 Ashmead Road, Bedford, England, MK41 7GA. |
| The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |
| The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Act. |
| The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. |
