| In the year, the company purchased two residential properties from it's director Mr David James for proceeds of £38,000 and £39,000 respectively, their estimated market values. |
| At the year end, the balance sheet showed a deficit of £2,630. However, the director's loan account is the company's biggest creditor being an amount significantly greater than the overall deficit. The directors continue to support the company and consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis. |

| The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |

The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies. |
