Going concern
The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis of accounting.
The director has assessed the company's ability to continue as a going concern and has concluded that it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on this basis. In making this assessment, the director has considered the company's current and expected trading performance, cash flow forecasts, available financing facilities, working capital requirements and other relevant information covering a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements.
Following this assessment, the director has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements continue to be prepared on the going concern basis.
No material uncertainties have been identified that would cast significant doubt upon the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
