2. Director Advances Credits Note

   During the year the company had transactions with its director, Komal Dhiman, whereby the opening balance on the loan account was £312 (Credit) . A further £7,379 was advanced to the director, who subsequently repaid £7,379 of the original amount. At the year end the balance on the director's loan account was £312 (Credit). The loan carried no interest, was unsecured, and was repayable on demand. No guarantees were provided to or on behalf of the director during the year, and no other advances, credits, or guarantees were made to directors. During the year the company had transactions with its director, Reena Dhiman, whereby the opening balance on the loan account was £00.00 . A further £1,755 was advanced to the director, who subsequently repaid £1,755 of the original amount. At the year end the balance on the director's loan account was £00.00. The loan carried no interest, was unsecured, and was repayable on demand.
