Sands Close Residents Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 15639708. The registered office is 1 Mill Lane, Shoreham By Sea, West Sussex, BN43 5AB.
For the period ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
