2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime, and the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 as applicable to companies subject to the micro-entities regime.

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and on a going concern basis.

The financial statements are presented in pounds sterling, which is the functional currency of the company.

Basis of measurement
The financial statements have been prepared using the historical cost basis of measurement, except where FRS 105 specifically requires an alternative basis of measurement.

Turnover policy
Turnover represents amounts receivable for goods and services supplied in the ordinary course of business, net of value added tax.
