2Accounting Policies
Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with FRS 105,
the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime,
and the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006. They cover the
period from incorporation on 9 December 2024 to 31 December 2025.
Going concern
The company has net liabilities of £1,588 at the balance sheet date. The
directors have confirmed that they will continue to provide financial
support to the company and do not intend to demand repayment of their loan
accounts. The accounts have therefore been prepared on a going concern
basis.
Turnover
Turnover comprises royalty and distribution income, stated gross of foreign
withholding tax and recognised when the company becomes entitled to it.
Foreign currency
Transactions in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at rates
approximating those ruling at the dates of the transactions.
Tangible fixed assets
Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less accumulated depreciation.
Depreciation is provided on a straight-line basis over three years.
Debtors
Debtors are stated after provision for amounts considered irrecoverable.
