2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The company meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through a loan from its director. The director has confirmed his intention to continue to provide this support and not to seek repayment within twelve months of the date of approval of these financial statements. The financial statements have therefore been prepared on the going concern basis.
